Please note that per our SLAs with our fulfillment partner, orders have up to 48 hours to ship out (72 hours if the order is over 24 products or greater than $1500 in value). the order is dispatched, your shipping preference will take effect.

Please be aware that this 7-day notification period is strictly enforced, and we cannot guarantee assistance for issues reported beyond this timeframe. Additionally, this policy does not cover issues resulting from misuse or mishandling of the product.
